Customer service responses are usually speedy, but I doubt they are created by native english speakers... there is no working app as advertised on the box. I still use the program at home to create and track invoices. It worked well after only an hour or so of setup & performs admirably but that's not really why I bought the product.
I will be very happy if and when there is ever a working app released, and I will upgrade my review then. Until then, use free Grindstone for your desktop to get used to the kind of interface you will be dealing with and refine your categories of billing etc.

I bought this software to upgrade from the version on my Macintosh platform. I was very disappointed that the upgrade was only available to US citizens, currently in the USA. The customer service support for this software is very disappointing. I have been trying for at least a year to get MacFreelance to allow me to delete clients. And the representatives could not help. They keep telling me that the software can do it and to just reload the software and follow the steps outlined. This I did. And still nothing!. Do not buy this software!
