It does work on 64 bit systems, windows 7, with no problems. I install it in my clients computers all the time. Interestingly, it is probably the best protection you can get, and works better than 9 out of ten products out there. Unfortunately, Panda's customer support is terrible, evasive, unreliable and un-responsive. They completely fail to follow through and resolve technical problems.They do not speak or understand the English language, which is probably the root cause of the customer support failure.Panda, why don't you listen to your customers? Why don't you provide technical support in the USA? This is your failure, and too bad that such a great security product is so underrated because of the lack of customer support and documentation.

I WAS REFERRED TO THIS PRODUCT BY THE GUY WHO JUST CHARGED ME WAY TO MUCH TO TELL ME MY LAST COMPUTER WAS NOT WORTH FIXING. IT SEEMS TO BE DOING WHAT IT PROMISED TO DO BUT IT DID SLOW DOWN MY COMPUTER AND CONFLICT WITH SOME OF THE WINDOWS 7 FEATURES LIKE THE BUILT IN FIREWALL. PROBABLY A BETTER CHOICE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS MORE COMPUTER LITERATE. IT SEEMS TO NEED TO BE CUSTOMIZED AND THAT IS NOT MY SPECIALTY.
